Participant agreement and liability waiver
Welcome to Taigun Taijutsu Ryuha in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Prior to stepping onto the tatami or participating in our classes, seminars, or outdoor sessions, every student must read, acknowledge, and submit this agreement. ( If unable to do so from website, there are hard copies available to fill out before any training) Please review the details below carefully, as this document affects your legal rights.

Participant information and voluntary participation
I understand and acknowledge that my participation in classes, seminars, training sessions, demonstrations, camps, Tai Kai, special events, private instruction, outdoor training, weapons training, and other activities conducted or sponsored by Taigun Taijutsu is entirely voluntary. Every student must provide complete participant details—including full name, date of birth, residential address, direct contact phone, email, and emergency contact details—before beginning instruction.

Assumption of risk and nature of training
Training in Budo Taijutsu encompasses traditional empty-hand techniques, body movement and ukemi (falling and rolling), striking, grappling, throws, joint locks, escapes, environmental awareness, and traditional weapons practice. I fully recognize that these physical activities carry inherent risks of bodily injury. By training, I knowingly accept all risks associated with participation, confirm my physical fitness for rigorous study, and grant medical authorization in the event of an emergency.

Submission and confirmation process
You may complete and sign the agreement directly online or print a physical copy to bring to our dojo. Once your agreement is submitted, please wait for email, text, or phone confirmation from our instructors before attending your first session.
